Five nights at Freddy's is a highly-acclaimed indie point and click adventure game produced and released by Scott Cawthon of Fullbright. After settling their money, they go out to Freddy's Pizza at the night he is scheduled to start his series. They're dressed up to impress, as Freddy is a very famous artist. The doors of his office are available, but as Jason and Billy rush in, Freddy grabs them. Jason and Billy operate out, while Freddy opens the doors of the office. Inside, Freddy takes off his mask, revealing his true identity - Freddy Kruger.
Freddy immediately starts to attack Jason and Billy. Freddy uses his magic powers to turn people into stone or to make other things move on their own - such as a truck ahead of Jason. He also makes Jason feel sick. Freddy also uses his ability to restrain people, like when he gets Jason believes he is having a heart attack.
Freddy is even more terrifying when he rolls Jasonturning him into a skeleton. Jason is able to fight back, however, by using his unique powers of telekinesis and his voice. Jason manages to grab Freddy, but Freddy uses his ability to throw Jason into another dimension. Jason gets his memory back and heads straight back to Freddy's Pizza.
But, Freddy comes with an ulterior motive - to get back at Jason and Billy for kidnapping him and breaking his soul. If Jason kills Billy or Jason, he'll end up with a trophy. So, Jason and Billy head to the pizzeria to find their killer...
Five nights at Freddy's turns the usual point and click action sport in the last games into a full-blown horror experience. The graphics are amazing. The sound is great. The voice acting is superb. But, there are some glitches in the storyline.
Freddy is always about, but he never attacks Jason or Billy. Freddy is merely a backdrop character. Jason and Billy find out that the animatronic dolls are in fact fake, which Freddy has a grudge against them. Jason and Billy must find out what happened on Freddy and stop him before it's too late.
While the story of Five Nights at Freddy's is an interesting one, it might not be the best one around. Due to how the game has been put together, the events that happen may appear unnecessary or confusing at first. But once the narrative and the figures are explained and the storyline starts to fall in to place, the game begins to make sense.
